Deadline and addresses
SHCS projects
Letter of intent / concept sheet and full proposals have to be submitted at least 3 weeks before the Scientific Board (SB) meeting. See agenda on the SHCS website.
All proposals need to be submitted electronically to submission@shcsmail.ch, from where they are automatically forwarded to the chair of the SB and the administrative office of the SHCS.
duration of the projects
The study duration for small nested projects is by default 4 years and can be prolonged upon request to the SB for max. 1 year. Exceptions need approval by the SB. If the project is not finished at this deadline, the remaining funds are transferred back to the SHCS. If the investigators wish to continue with the project after this deadline, a new proposal must be submitted outlining the preliminary and planned analysis and a new budget.
MoCHiV projects
For the submission of MoCHiV projects, please send a preliminary copy of your proposal to:

After an internal discussion among the MoCHiV Board, the submission follows the same procedure as for SHCS projects (submission@shcsmail.ch).
