Christian Kind founded in 1986 the Neonatal HIV Study.
The data of this study were later on used as a basis for the current Mother and Child Study (MoCHiV).

 Marie-Christine Francioli was the administrator of the SHCS during 17 years. She cared for the accounts, edited numerous reports and grant applications, and she was the main contact person for all of us. |

Beatrice Merk did a dedicated work for the SHCS during more than 19 years. She gathered data in the centre of Zurich where she also supervised and trained her colleagues. She always worked to improve the quality of the data. |
